We only collect what you type into a form on this site. Depending on the form, that can include your name, email address, phone number, which team you're interested in trying out for, your position or role, your basketball or dance experience, your business name, and any message you write to us.

We do not ask for payment details, government identification, or health information anywhere on this site.

Why We Collect It

To reply to your message, to send you the team updates you signed up for, to contact you about tryouts, and to follow up on sponsorship inquiries. That's it.

How It's Stored

Submissions are stored in a secured database that only the Juggernauts organization can read. Website visitors cannot view, edit, or download anyone's submissions.

What We Don't Do

We do not sell, rent, or trade your information. We do not share it with advertisers. We share information with outside parties only where it's required to operate the site (for example our website host and email delivery provider) or where the law requires it.

How Long We Keep It

We keep tryout, contact, and sponsorship submissions for as long as they're relevant to the inaugural season and any follow-up, and email-update signups until you ask to be removed.

Your Choices

You can ask us to stop emailing you, correct your information, or delete it entirely at any time — email info@jacksonvillejuggernauts.com or call 904-257-3543 and we'll take care of it.

Children

This site isn't directed at children under 13, and we don't knowingly collect their information. If a minor is trying out, a parent or guardian should submit the form on their behalf.
